Vineyards and production area:

New and old vineyards located between Lazio and Tuscany, 200/400 meters above sea level.
Sandy-clay and volcanic soil in Lazio,
Alluvial limestone-clay soil in Tuscany.

Plantation:

Average density: 5,000 vines/hectare;
Yield ranging from 8 to 9 tons/hectare;
Guyot training system.

Grapes:

Chardonnay – Vermentino.

Tasting Notes:

Straw-yellow intense color.
Elegant, fruity-floral aroma with pear, acacia and mineral notes.
Dry, fresh, intense, persistent and robust flavor. Enjoyable creamy aftertaste.

Vinification:

We pick ripe grapes between the end of August and the first week of September, and immediately chill them at 5-6° (about 43 Fahrenheit) and press them.
We whiten the must by cold settling and let it slowly ferment at controlled temperature for 15-18 days.
Juices are finally blended and refined in bottle.

Harvest:

Last week of August – first week of September.
