Tuscany. Limestone-clay alluvial soil located at 200/400 meters above sea level
Average density: 5,000 vines/ hectare;
Yields ranging from 7 to 8 tons/hectare;
Guyot training system.
Shimmering straw-yellow color. Intense aroma with floral notes of peach and exotic fruits joining balsamic and vanilla nuances.
Long, elegant and pleasantly creamy flavor, balanced in acidity and minerality.
It finishes in a long honey note.
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo soft pressing by cold settling for 24-36 hours.
The juice is later transferred, fermented and daily batonnaged in French oak barriques and matures on fine lees.
The process ends with spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrique for about 12 months.
